Job Summary

We are looking for Telemarketing Executives to promote our real-estate projects, connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Explain real-estate projects, locations, plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Understand customers’ investment requirements and budget.
• Generate and qualify genuine property leads.
• Convince interested customers to visit the project site.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain complete details of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers for successful conversions.
• Follow up with customers until booking/allotment.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Submit daily performance reports to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

• Daily outbound calls.
• Daily qualified leads.
• Regular follow-ups with hot and warm leads.
• Site-visit generation.
• Booking/allotment conversions.
• Achievement of monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Telugu and English communication required.
• Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Customer-handling ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer, CRM and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Real-estate telecalling experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

Working Hours

Morning: 9:45 AM – 1:30 PM

Afternoon: 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM

Tea Break: 4:30 PM
