Job DescriptionResponsible for performing chemical analysis and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples as per approved specifications, SOPs, GMP, and GLP requirements.

Roles &

Responsibilities·        Perform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

·        Conduct Assay,

Dissolution, Disintegration, pH, Viscosity, LOD, Related Substances, and other applicable tests.

·        Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, pH Meter, etc.

·        Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and volumetric solutions.

·        Review analytical data, worksheets, specifications, and laboratory records.

·        Follow GMP, GLP, SOP,

and laboratory safety procedures.

·        Handle OOS, OOT, Deviations,

and CAPA investigations as required.

·        Maintain laboratory documentation, logbooks, and calibration records.

·        Support Method

Validation, Method Verification, and Analytical Instrument Qualification activities.

·        Perform stability sample analysis and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills·        Pharmaceutical QC Analysis

·        HPLC / GC / UV / FTIR

·        Wet Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis

·        Knowledge of GMP, GLP,

and SOP

·        OOS / OOT Investigation

·        Knowledge of IP / BP /

USP pharmacopoeial standards

·        Analytical documentation and data review

·        Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification·        B.Sc. / M.Sc. in

Chemistry

·        B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates may also be considered.

·        Experience in a pharmaceutical

QC laboratory will be preferred.
