Job Description
Job title: Social Media Specialist
Company: Ayush Realtors
Location: Virar West, Palghar (work from office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years managing social media for a business
Education: 12th pass or above
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Sunday off. Occasional weekend shoots with a compensatory off.

Job summary
Own how Ayush Realtors shows up online. Plan and publish content, build trust, grow reach and manage our Google presence, so more of the right families enquire.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish reels, posts and videos on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
- Shoot content on site with the Founder, mostly on a phone
- Manage freelance editors and approve the final videos
- Pass every comment and DM enquiry to the sales team the same working day
- Manage the Google Business Profile, ask clients for genuine reviews and reply to every review
- Grow followers and reach on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Track results and send the Founder a short weekly report on what worked and what did not
- Follow property advertising rules (RERA number, no false claims)
Required skills
- Has run social media accounts for a business and can show results
- Good writing in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Video editing or a similar tool
- Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile
- Honest. No fake followers or fake reviews.
Good to have
Real estate experience, running small Meta ad budgets, Canva, knowledge of Vasai-Virar
