Job Description — Real Estate TelecallerDepartment: Real Estate Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Telecalling Team Leader / Sales Manager
Location: Mira Road to Palghar
Experience: Freshers with good communication skills; experienced candidates preferred.
Job objective
To contact potential customers, understand their property requirements, explain assigned projects, qualify leads, schedule site visits, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team in converting leads into property bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing property leads.
- Explain project details, location, configuration, pricing and available offers using approved information.
- Identify the customer's budget, preferred location, property type, purchase timeline and funding requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers according to the prescribed schedule.
- Fix site visits and coordinate appointments with sales executives.
- Send approved brochures, location links and project details through WhatsApp.
- Update every call outcome in the CRM or designated Google Sheet.
- Maintain daily call, follow-up, lead qualification and site-visit reports.
- Coordinate with the sales manager on hot leads and customer objections.
- Never make unauthorized promises regarding prices, discounts, possession dates or returns.
