1. Telecalling Executive
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Good communication and convincing skills required.

2. Technical Support Executive
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
- Understand and resolve basic software, website, and technical issues.
- Guide customers regarding company products and services.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge is required.
