Job Description
International Holiday Expert – Responsibilities
Handle international holiday & villa enquiries.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable destinations/packages.
Prepare quotations and customised itineraries.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, villas, DMCs and suppliers.
Upsell premium villas, hotels and experiences.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Handle bookings, changes and customer queries professionally.
