Sales Manager – Solar IndustryCompany: Sunny Solar, Visakhapatnam

Sunny Solar is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Managers to expand our solar business in Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for residential, commercial and industrial solar projects.
• Meet customers, understand their electricity requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, businesses and other potential clients.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to order closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and manage a team of Sales Executives where required.
• Conduct field visits and participate in local marketing and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update sales records.
• Candidate ProfileGood communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience preferred, particularly in solar, electrical, real estate, insurance, finance, telecom or related industries.
• Candidates with strong sales ability from other industries are also welcome.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
