Job Title -- Customer Support Executive (Blended Process)
Location -- Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam
Salary -- Up to 20K Per Month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat
- Provide customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Ensure customer queries are responded in time.
- Enhance customer trust through timely and accurate information.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- 10+2 (Intermediate), or
- 3-Year Diploma
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu
- Customer-focused attitude
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- No planned leave during the first 3 months after joining
