About the Role

Join DAMS (Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences), a leading NEET-PG coaching institute, as a Field Sales Executive. You'll be the face of DAMS on the ground — driving enrollments, building relationships with medical students and colleges, and converting prospects into learners.

What You'll Do

• Execute daily field sales as per your assigned beat plan — driving course enrollments, app downloads, and subscriptions
• Generate and prospect leads among medical students, coaching aspirants, colleges, and bookstores
• Pitch DAMS's courses, pricing, and support systems, and convert prospects into paying students
• Run on-ground marketing activities — campus promotions, canopy activities, poster placements, demo sessions
• Support new users through onboarding, app setup, and document uploads
• Build lasting relationships with college reps, student influencers, and student groups
• Log leads, update CRM daily, and submit activity reports with geo-tagged proof of work

What We're Looking For

• Graduate (minimum qualification)
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in Ed-Tech or field sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• A hustle mindset with a drive to hit targets
• Comfort with basic CRM/app tools
