QS Engineer

Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills.

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and site work.

Conduct joint measurements with the client/consultant and maintain measurement records.

Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation, and variation statements.

Check work quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site measurements.

Prepare Material Reconciliation Statements (MRS) and monitor material consumption.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Planning, Accounts, and Client/Consultant regarding billing matters.

Track extra items, deviations, variations, and additional works and maintain proper supporting documents.

Maintain MBs, measurement sheets, billing records, work orders, and supporting documents.

Assist in cost control, project quantity monitoring, and budget tracking.

Verify subcontractor bills and ensure quantities are supported by proper measurements and site records.

Prepare monthly billing statements and MIS reports as required by management.

Ensure all billing documents are properly recorded and submitted within the required timelines
