Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve business performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests.
- Monitor stock, inventory, billing, and daily cash collections.
- Ensure proper display and security of jewellery and other products.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Implement promotional offers and company policies.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
