Job Description
Key Responsibilities· Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and achieve primary & secondary targets
· Monitor sales versus collections and control receivables and DSO
· Set targets for DSRs and monitor performance through joint field visits
· Ensure PJP adherence, outlet coverage and productivity norms
· Drive collection efficiency and minimize overdue accounts
· Develop and manage key accounts and ensure business growth
· Implement trade schemes and market development initiatives
· Ensure DMS adoption, data accuracy and timely reporting
· Control TA/DA and operating expenses within approved budget
· Maintain sanctioned manpower and close vacancies within TAT
· Coordinate with EM/RBM for reviews, joint visits and market actions
