V&C Solution is expanding its U.S. IT Staffing and Career Growth Operations and is looking for motivated, target-oriented professionals to join our growing team across three departments.

We have multiple openings for Lead Generation, Sales, and Marketing.

💼 Open Positions

1. Lead Generation Specialist

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online job channels.

Identify and connect with potential candidates, students, and relevant prospects.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain lead information and activity records in CRM tools.

Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets.

2. Sales Executive 

Connect with students and job seekers interested in career development and employment opportunities.

Explain the organization's services, programs, and enrollment process.

Conduct follow-up calls and communicate with prospective candidates.

Understand candidate needs, address queries, and handle objections professionally.

Convert qualified prospects into enrolled candidates.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth transition after enrollment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

3. Marketing Executive 

Manage and market the profiles of enrolled candidates in the U.S. IT job market.

Prepare, optimize, and maintain candidate resumes and professional profiles.

Apply for relevant job opportunities and manage application activities.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to identify suitable opportunities.

Coordinate with recruiters, staffing firms, and hiring contacts regarding candidate profiles.

Track applications, recruiter responses, interviews, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate candidate activity reports and provide regular progress updates.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, or bench sales recruitment.

Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, candidate marketing, or student enrollment is highly preferred.

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.

Understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market and recruitment processes is an advantage.

Knowledge of Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Direct Hire, or Permanent Recruitment is preferred.

Strong follow-up skills, a proactive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset.

Good spoken and written English.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
