Team Leader – International Voice ProcessCompany: Virelaxa Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (3–3.6 LPA)
Experience: 1–2 years as a Team Leader
Education: Minimum degree qualification; candidates who have completed their degree and are not pursuing further studies
Age: 25 years and above
Process: International Voice / BPO

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage an International Voice Process team. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, with the ability to monitor performance and achieve business targets.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead, monitor, and motivate a team of voice process executives.
- Track KPI metrics, including AHT, quality, CSAT, and WFM.
- Prepare and manage team rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor executive performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct call monitoring and ensure process quality standards.
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving customer issues.
- Track attendance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Required SkillsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International Voice/BPO process.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of KPI metrics, WFM, roster preparation, and AHT.
- Ability to monitor calls, identify performance gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
