Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to promote solar energy solutions, generate new leads, meet potential customers, conduct field visits, explain the benefits of solar installation, follow up with interested customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door visits and local market activities.
• Meet residential and commercial customers to promote solar solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and potential electricity bill savings.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular sales reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: Fresher to 3 years.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Previous sales, marketing, or FMCG experience is an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
