Business Development & Sales Executive

Position: Sales Engineer – Cooling Towers Department: Industrial Equipment Sales Job Purpose: To promote and sell FRP cooling towers, spare parts, refurbishment services, and annual maintenance contracts to industrial customers. Product Portfolio  FRP Cooling Towers  Cooling Tower Fill Media  Spray Nozzles  Drift Eliminators  Motors  Fans  Cooling Tower Chemicals  Annual Maintenance Contracts Key Responsibilities  Develop new industrial customers.  Conduct cooling tower inspections.  Prepare replacement and retrofit proposals.  Sell new cooling towers and spare parts.  Promote preventive maintenance contracts.  Coordinate with service engineers.  Follow up for quotations and payments.  Build relationships with plant maintenance teams. Target Industries: Steel, Cement, Automobile, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Paper, Power Plants, Plastic Industries and HVAC Contractors. Work: Field Sales Area to visit: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar | Ahilyanagar | Jalgaon | Pune Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 2 – 6 Years Performance Indicators:  Cooling Tower Sales  Spare Parts Revenue  AMC Revenue  New Customers  Customer Retention Position: Sales Engineer – Water & Waste Water Treatment Plants Department: Projects Sales Job Purpose: To generate inquiries, prepare technical proposals, and sell complete water treatment systems for industrial and commercial applications. Product Portfolio:  Reverse Osmosis Plants  Water Softener Plants  Demineralization Plants  Pressure Sand Filters  Activated Carbon Filters  Iron Removal Plants  STP  ETP  Industrial Filtration Systems Key Responsibilities:  Identify project opportunities.  Conduct site surveys.  Coordinate with design and estimation teams.  Meet consultants, EPC contractors and industries.  Participate in tenders.  Negotiate contracts.  Coordinate installation and commissioning.  Maintain project pipeline.  Ensure customer satisfaction. Target Customers: Industrial Plants, Builders, Hospitals, Hotels, Government Departments, Educational Institutes, Municipal Bodies and EPC Companies.
