Relationship Manager - MF
- Customer Acquisition: Find and onboard new retail clients via local leads, direct outreach, and networking.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and deepen long-term ties with an assigned group of retail customers.
- Cross-Selling: Suggest useful bank products like credit cards, personal loans, home loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
- Issue Resolution: Answer customer questions and solve daily account or service complaints quickly and professionally.
- Tracking & Reporting: Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to log client meetings, calls, and sales progress
