Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and smooth functioning of the outlet, including sales, customer experience, team management, service quality, operational compliance and profitability.
The Store Manager will lead the outlet team, ensure adherence to YLG SOPs, drive business targets and maintain high standards of customer service and salon operations.
