Job Description
Products:
• Home Loans
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Personal Loans
• Business Loans
• Insurance & Other Financial Products
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through direct sales & market visits
• Develop relationships with customers, DSAs, dealers & connectors
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Manage leads from sourcing to disbursement
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams
Candidate Profile:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / DSA / Loan Sales preferred
✅ Good communication & relationship-building skills
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
