Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive for our car detailing studio. In this role, you will interact directly with car enthusiasts and owners, understand their auto-care needs, and recommend premium detailing packages, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films (PPF).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, assess vehicle condition, and consult with owners on detailing options.
• Sales & Upselling: Present and sell studio services including interior/exterior detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, and specialized restoration treatments.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, social media, and local networking events; follow up on inquiries and service estimates.
• Operations Coordination: Liaise between clients and the detailing technicians to ensure custom service requests and quality standards are met on time.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain post-service follow-ups to collect feedback, encourage reviews, and drive repeat business or referral programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive or premium service industries preferred).
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Passion for Automotives: Strong interest in cars and willingness to learn technical details about auto detailing products and processes.
