Telecaller

We are looking for a enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering questions, and generating qualified leads or closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
• Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally.
• Follow up regularly with potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and customer details in the system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Key RequirementsEducation: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) minimum; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Languages: Fluent in [e.g., Hindi, English, Regional Language].
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and basic computer knowledge.
