Tender Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and private tendering activities for ELV and system-integration projects, including CCTV, fire alarm, access control, audio-video, networking, display and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering portals.

Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.

Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs and supporting documents.

Upload bids accurately and ensure submission before deadlines.

Coordinate with sales, technical, purchase and finance teams.

Obtain quotations and required documents from OEMs and vendors.

Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, authorization letters and compliance statements.

Attend pre-bid meetings and track corrigenda, clarifications and tender results.

Maintain tender records, trackers and documentation.

Support reverse auctions, order processing and post-tender follow-ups.

Required Skills

Knowledge of GeM and government e-procurement portals.

Good command of MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Strong documentation and coordination skills.

Understanding of tender terms, BOQs and commercial calculations.

Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in ELV, CCTV, fire alarm, networking, audio-video, IT or system-integration companies will be preferred.
