Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of intricate solutions that span multiple service areas and transformational initiatives. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse offerings and capabilities to create cohesive, value-driven solutions that align closely with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions not only meet technical requirements but also support broader business goals, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive the alignment of solution architecture with client business strategies and objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integrated IT operations solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure management.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
