JOB POSITION

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack React Developer to drive the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications. This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed across the frontend and backend.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications.

• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization.

Frontend Development:

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

• Optimize performance and ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional components.

Backend Development:

• Build and maintain scalable Node.js (Express/Nest.js) backend services.

• Design and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices architecture.

• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar mechanisms.

DevOps & Cloud Integration:

• Deploy applications on AWS/GCP/Azure with containerization using Docker & Kubernetes.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Monitor and optimize application performance using logging, monitoring, and analytics tools.

Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Maintain high coding standards and enforce clean code principles.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum education: B.Tech degree/MCA with computer science background or equivalent experience, 

• Preferred education: BE/B.Tech/MCA

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem architecture/Node/React/Angular/RESTfulAPI

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS frameworks

• 5+ years of experience with node.js

• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Frontend: React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL

• Database: PostgreSQL, RDS, SNOWFLAKE, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis

• DevOps & Cloud: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

• Testing: Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, Mocha
