Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Architect, a typical day involves overseeing the design and deployment of applications across various cloud environments, including public, private, and hybrid clouds. This role requires continuous evaluation of cloud adoption strategies, ensuring seamless integration and management of cloud resources. The position demands active coordination with multiple teams to maintain efficient cloud operations and monitoring, fostering innovation and scalability within the cloud infrastructure. The architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the cloud landscape to meet evolving business needs while ensuring robust and secure application environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall cloud expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize cloud resource utilization and cost efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions using AWS services.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components including networking, storage, and compute resources.
- Ability to develop and implement cloud governance, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud integration.
- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
