- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Credit Card sales, Retail Banking, CASA Sales, Personal Loans, or similar financial products.
- Strong sales orientation with proven track record of target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Acquire new Credit Card customers through open market sourcing, referrals, corporate engagements, and branch leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for Credit Card acquisition and product penetration.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Credit Card variants and value-added services.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure end-to-end management of the application process, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, KYC, and process adherence.
- Build and manage relationships with existing customers to drive card usage and retention.
- Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer service resolution.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maximize business opportunities.
