Planning Engineer
- Assist in development and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Assist in preparation baseline schedules, milestones, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Assist in Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Assist in Identify critical activities and monitor the critical path.
- Support preparation of recovery plans and mitigation measures for schedule slippages. Forecast project completion dates and highlight potential delays.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain status updates and validate progress data.
- Ensure project information is updated in IPMS/Wrench/Dreams and reflected accurately in review reports/report management.
- Conduct variance analysis between planned and actual progress.
- Organize and facilitate weekly, fortnightly, and monthly review meetings with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and vendor teams.
- Record and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Monitor closure of actions from previous review meetings and highlight overdue items.
- Prepare review presentations, dashboards, milestone status reports, and action trackers.
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track engineering deliverables, material procurement, manufacturing, and site execution progress.
- Ensure adherence to planning procedures, SOPs, and reporting requirements.
- Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress measurement reports.
