Accounts Team Member - APPC_SUPPORT SERVICES_0705_1288_1076786
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll accounting, reconciliations, and monthly schedules.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and business stakeholders.
- Schedule and drive monthly review meetings with HR.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of open items with HR and other teams.
- Support audit, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS and status reports for management review.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Payroll processes.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Payroll Accounting, Finance Operations, or related functions.
