- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to optimize software solutions for scalability and performance in alignment with business requirements.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing software development lifecycles effectively.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex software issues and providing robust solutions.

Additional Information:
