2) Job Purpose

 

The Lead Credit and Risk governs national credit policy, dunning execution, and fraud risk management across Vi's Enterprise portfolio — covering VIBS Mobility, Fixed Line, IoT, FLX, Carrier, and SME segments. This role ensures credit limits are correctly assigned, dunning is executed per policy, exceptions are managed within the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework, and internal compliance requirements are met — directly reducing bad debt exposure and protecting enterprise revenue.

             

3) Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas

 

• Own national dunning policy implementation across all Enterprise LOBs

1. Ensure dunning actions are executed on schedule and per agreed process for all segments — Mobility, Fixed Line, IoT, FLX, Carrier, and ISP.
2. Control restorations without payment and manage exceptions within the DOA approval framework
3. Implement Carrier and ISP-specific dunning policies and monitor adherence at national level

 

1. Govern credit monitoring and credit limit assignment across the enterprise portfolio
2. ensure correct credit limit assignment for all LOBs through structured credit scoring and bureau-based assessment.
3. Monitor Carrier ILD exposure and take timely action to reduce ISD/ILD risk.
4. Track FRS alerts and manage credit exposure reduction through proactive intervention

• Manage exception governance and restoration-without-payment controls.

1.  Ensure all exceptions carry valid DOA approval and are logged with complete audit trail
2. Drive reduction in repeat restorations without payment through root cause analysis and process correction

Managing complex billing frameworks across multiple commercial structures (Mobility, Non-Mobility and corporate accounts) where localized system integration delays directly threaten cash flow lifecycles
