Job Description

  1. Identification of required products & suppliers across all categories (recurring & non-recurring) time to time
  2. Assist purchase manager in supplier agreement and renewal of contracts.
  3. Constant coordination with buns suppliers & logistic partner for timely deliveries
  4. Preparation of comparative stmt.
  5. Maintain constant coordination with suppliers for timely delivery, returns, CR, DR, etc
  6. Preparing & issuing of purchase orders (PO) through ERP
  7. Willing to travel locally for stock purchases as & when required
  8. Coordination with all departments for any or all requirements
  9. Minimal or no stock variance in system stocks to physical
  10. Maintenance & update of purchase catalogue & tracker timely.
