Job Description

Role: Java and J2EE technologies - Module Lead

Location: Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Java-J2EEE lead to manage a critical module in one of our projects. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

• An excellent techie with strong experience in Core Java, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate or equivalent ORM.
• Preferably, good exposure to UI using JQuery, JSON and Java script.
• A master of SQL and Oracle DB
• Knowledge of Tomcat and Maven will get you additional brownie points.

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
• Experienced in planning and tracking of tasks and delegating tasks to the team members

Qualification:

• Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in software development.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
