We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer

Experience: 4–6+ years

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and customize:
• Email Studio
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Contact Builder
• Mobile Studio (SMS/Push)
• CloudPages
• Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Create personalized and dynamic email content using AMPscript.
• Write SQL queries for audience segmentation, data transformation, and automation.
• Configure and optimize customer journeys and triggered communications.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, QA, and product teams.
