Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology implementations.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Business Requirements Analysis, AI / ML.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Experience in mapping current state processes and designing future state solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to Anti-Money Laundering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
