Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing and integrating compensation modules to align with business policies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with testing and validation techniques to ensure application quality and performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
