Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving business needs to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Experience in integrating production planning with other enterprise resource planning modules.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and technology consulting practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
