Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle US travel-related queries, bookings, and customer support. The candidate will assist customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requirements while ensuring a high level of service

Key Responsibilities

• bound/outbound to US travel.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Handle her queries and resolve issues professionally within defined timelines
• Process and update customer information accurately 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, travel guidelines, and data-security procedures.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of US geography, time zones, airports, and travel routes.
• Basic understanding of airline reservations and travel processes.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn travel/reservation software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
