Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to developing innovative technical engineering solutions. Your typical day will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with various engineering specializations to address complex challenges. You will engage with team members to foster a productive environment, guiding them in achieving business objectives while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1.) Lead 3DExperience PLM/CAD Migration Projects (EBOM/MBOM, CAD data, metadata) including scoping, mapping, staging, extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL).

2.) Perform data migration using Dassault Systems-authorized tools such as EDAT (Engineering Data Authoring Tool), Transition Assistant, Transition Factory Tools (TFT), IMPALA and XPDM, or other ETL frameworks like Talend.

3.) Collaborate with CAD, ERP, PLM business analysts, functional teams, and end-users to understand legacy data structures, define migration rules, and translate requirements into technical solutions.

4.) Develop custom migration scripts and tools using Rest Webservices, Java, JPO, MQL, TCL or other relevant technologies to handle specialized or high-volume data operations.

5.) Optimize performance of bulk data operations, including CAD assembly relationships, attributes, file links, and document metadata.

6.) Support the development of migration strategies for on-premise and cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE environments.

7.) Create and maintain detailed documentation of migration plans, data mappings, technical specifications, and best practices.

8.) Guide and mentor junior developers and migration engineers.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
1.) Experience in PLM/CAD Migration Projects for target 3DExperience on-premises and cloud.

2.) Expertise in CAD data migration using Dassault tools like EDAT, Transition Assistant, XPDM etc.

3.) Strong skills in Java, TCL/MQL, JPOs, Rest Webservices scripting for data extraction/transformation

4.) Good understanding of PLM concepts: BOM, product lifecycle, change management, CAD/PDM integration.

5) Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

6) Good Team management skills and work closely with other peer.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Dassault Systems ENOVIA V5. 8+ years of experience in 3DExperience Migration projects.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 year full time education is required.
