As our Supply Chain Business Finance Partner, you won't just report numbers — you will define the decisioning architecture that governs how we invest, cut cost, and scale. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, turning data into conviction and conviction into action. This is a builder's role for a systems thinker who sees finance as a product, not a function.

🎯 Core Mandate: What You Will Build & Drive

1. Financial Architecture for a World-Class Supply Chain Own the end-to-end financial blueprint of our supply chain — from AOP to real-time cost intelligence. You will design the planning frameworks, KPI systems, and forecasting models that link every operational driver to financial outcomes. Move us from periodic reviews to always-on financial visibility.

2. Cost Leadership & Margin Intelligence Drive cost-to-serve reduction and margin expansion across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. You won't just track costs — you will build the analytical models that identify where inefficiencies hide, quantify the opportunity, and drive structural interventions with supply chain leaders. Every basis point matters at our scale.

3. Building the AI-First Financial Intelligence Layer Lead the design and deployment of automated financial dashboards, predictive cost models, and real-time variance engines. Work directly with data engineers and BI teams to replace static spreadsheets with live, insight-led decision tools. Your north star: no supply chain decision at Lenskart should be made without a financial model behind it.

4. Investment & Capital Allocation Be the financial architect for every major capex decision — automation investments, network expansion, manufacturing capacity. Build robust ROI frameworks and scenario models that give leadership the confidence to bet big and the discipline to kill what doesn't work.

5. Working Capital & Cash Intelligence Own inventory efficiency as a financial mandate. Build models that connect buying decisions to cash flow outcomes, reduce obsolescence, and drive smarter Open-to-Buy strategies. Turn working capital from a lagging metric into a leading lever.

6. Cross-Functional Business Partnering Operate as a true business partner — embedded with supply chain, procurement, and operations leaders. Bring financial structure to strategic conversations, challenge assumptions with data, and ensure every major supply chain decision is grounded in rigorous financial thinking.

The Essentials

• CA / MBA with 10–15 years in business finance or FP&A, with meaningful exposure to supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience in consumer, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing-led businesses.

• Strong command of financial modeling, cost structures, performance analytics, and ERP/BI ecosystems.
