Job Title: Oracle BI Analytics Lead/Principal Developer

We are seeking an experienced OAC & ODI Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle BI, Data Warehousing, Analytics, and ETL development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

• Design, develop, and support ODI interfaces, mappings, packages, procedures, and load plans. 

• Build and manage ETL/ELT processes for data warehouse solutions. 

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems. 

• Monitor and optimize ODI jobs for performance and reliability. 

• Handle data quality checks, reconciliation, and error handling processes. 

• Design, develop, and maintain OAC dashboards, reports, analyses, and data visualizations. 

• Create semantic models, datasets, data flows, and subject areas within OAC. 

• Develop and optimize complex analytical reports and KPI dashboards. 

• Implement data security, role-based access controls, and governance policies. 

• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize report execution.

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g/12c/14c. 

• Strong experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). 

• Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 

• Good understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. 

• Experience in Data Warehousing Concepts, Star Schema, and Dimensional Modelling. • Expertise in ETL/ELT development and optimization. 

• Experience in performance tuning reports, dashboards, and ETL jobs. 

• Knowledge of Oracle BI Applications, OBIEE, or OAS is an added advantage.

 • OTBI and BI Publisher reporting 

• Good to have Knowledge on BICC and ESS jobs scheduling reports 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication skills
