Summary:
As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting Solution Architects throughout the development, design, and approval stages of solutions. This role requires applying standardized process methods to tailor solutions that align with the defined scope of services, delivery locations, and associated costs. The position focuses on enhancing efficiency and ensuring consistency in the creation of responses and ongoing operational support, contributing to the smooth progression of solution delivery within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate solution implementation progress to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet organizational standards and client expectations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to drive consensus and deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges during solution development and deployment.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and frameworks related to solution architecture and delivery.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
