Job Description
The Accounts & Finance Manager will be the Financial Controller for LEW. He will own the entire finance engine - from Books, GST, TDS, Compliance to Collections, Cash Flow, MIS and Project Profitability.
The person must ensure:
Strong Financial Discipline | Daily Collections Control | Cash Flow Visibility | Project-wise & Product-wise Profitability | Statutory Compliance | Zero Leakage in Inventory & Site Expenses
He will be responsible for supporting rapid growth by converting Sales into Collected Cash and building robust MIS systems.
