As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of trade finance at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices to develop and enhance our trade finance product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products and services.

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, for trade finance solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for product enhancements.
• Work closely with technology teams to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new trade finance products and services.
• Conduct product training and provide support to sales and relationship managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing trade finance products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, such as agile methodologies.
