Role Summary

We are seeking a PMO Specialist to support the Hong Kong Growth Programme. You will be responsible for establishing program governance, managing key deliverables, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to drive our client growth strategy. This strategic role involves implementing standardized processes for our Priority Client and High Value Target (HVT) programmes, ensuring the successful delivery of intelligence-led initiatives. You will serve as a key partner to the Hong Kong Lead, providing critical programme support and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Program Governance: Design and embed governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting templates to standardize the execution of the Hong Kong Growth Programme.

·       Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Establish and manage reporting cadences, engagement plans, and approval checkpoints aligned with strategic priorities. Serve as the central point of contact for cross-business line coordination.

·       Deliverable Management: Own and execute the creation of key monthly deliverables.

·       Data & Dashboard Administration: Oversee the central database and dashboards for the growth programme, ensuring data hygiene, update latency, and Business Line input rates are tracked and reported to the Hong Kong Lead.

·       Intelligence to Action: Partner with the Hong Kong Lead to translate intelligence into action by preparing materials for workshops, including pre-reads, stakeholder maps, and opportunity heatmaps.

·       5-7+ years of progressive experience in a PMO, program coordination, or business management role.

·       Proven experience working within a structured PMO or programme environment.

·       Demonstrated success managing deliverables and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Skills & Expertise

·       Core Expertise: Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, Process Standardization, and Executive-level Communication.

·       Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile & Hybrid Delivery Models, Process Improvement Methodologies.

·       Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI Tools is a plus.

·       Leadership: Strong ability to influence diverse audiences, promote collaboration, and facilitate change management across business units. Proven ability to develop concise reports and presentations for senior leadership discussions.
