Job Purpose

Responsible for HSW compliance

Key result areas / Accountabilities

• Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure ‘ZERO’ fatality.

Maintain HSW score >95 month on month

• PTW compliance
• Vehicles Telematics and compliance monitoring
• Msafe compliance
• Accident and Incident management
• Vendor Safety Plan Review
• Planned General Inspection for VIL and IP sites
• Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing
• Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance

Core Competencies, knowledge, Experience

• Strong knowledge of HSW compliance
• Communication and presentation skill set
• Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• BE Electrical/Electronics.
• First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety perspective.
