Job Description

Lead consultant

Technology->Package Testing->SFDC Testing Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing. Validate Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Test Salesforce customizations such as Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Flows. Verify integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Perform API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and REST APIs. Validate data migration and data integrity during Salesforce implementations. Log, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, admins, business analysts, and stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release validation activities.
