Sales Manager_CREDIT CARD_0436_0552_1019983
To drive Credit Card sales through direct sourcing, channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and branch referrals while achieving business targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Credit Card customers through various sourcing channels.
- Achieve monthly and annual Credit Card sales targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with branch teams, DSAs, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings to generate leads.
- Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and documentation as per bank guidelines.
- Drive activation and usage of sourced Credit Cards.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Maintain compliance with KYC, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Prepare sales MIS and track performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations efficiently.
