Area Sales Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property-Sales_Gurgaon
- Responsible for managing sales operations in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. - Oversee and develop sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned area. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Focus on expanding the customer base and increasing loan disbursement volumes.Job role
