Relevant experience as a Domain / Business Consultant or Business Analyst or an Industry Practitioner in US Healthcare Industry and related best practices. • Extensive experience in at least one or more of the industry segments & awareness of the latest business & industry trends a. MEDICARE b. MEDICAID c. Plan & Product d. Member e. Claims f. Clinical & Care Management g. PBM - Pharmacy • Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analyzing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals. • Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders. • Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc. • Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication • Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we attach importance to personality traits.
