What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. • These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) • Qualification: • MCom • CA • CMA • MBA Finance • CPA
Roles and Responsibilities: • Domain Expertise in Controllership Core Finance RTR FP&A • Experience in period end close • Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting • Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements • Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles • Experience in developing financial reports and metrics • Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels • Excellent MS Office skills • Ability to manage senior stakeholders • Experience working in a third party service environment • Willingness to work in flexible and night shifts • Transition experience
